Full payment is required at the time of booking. 50% of the total amount is considered a non-refundable under all circumstances and secures preparation, planning, and reserved availability.

Cancelations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a partial refund or a one-time reschedule credit, subject to availability.

Reschedule credit must be used withing 30 days of the original schedule date.

Cancelations made withing 24 hours of the scheduled service and no-shows are non refundable.
